A full-stack web platform with online scheduling, payment processing, and a custom admin dashboard — built from scratch for a premium auto detailing brand.
High Roller Detailing is a premium auto detailing service based in Utah, built around a brand identity as sharp as the work itself. When owner Rhiley Jarrett needed a digital presence that matched that standard, 621 Studio built it from the ground up — a Next.js website with Square payments and subscription integration, an internal online scheduling system, and a fully custom admin dashboard and CRM for managing clients, appointments, photo galleries, and operations.

High Roller Detailing had the brand, the skills, and the clients, but no website that reflected any of it, and no internal system to manage bookings or recurring memberships without relying on expensive third-party tools. The goal was to build a complete digital operation: a public-facing site that converts visitors into subscribers, and a back-end system that lets the team manage everything in one place without paying per-seat licensing fees to platforms that weren't built for how a detailing business actually runs.

Mikelle Despain architected and built the full Next.js platform on Supabase and Vercel, integrating Square for payment and subscription plan management across three membership tiers (Standard, Biweekly, and Weekly), with webhooks handling real-time subscription events. The scheduling system was built internally, replacing a third-party platform, with Supabase-backed schedule tables, email notifications, and a full admin calendar view. The custom admin dashboard gives the High Roller team a CRM for client records, appointment management, and subscription status, all in one place. SMS compliance was also addressed as part of the build, with A2P 10DLC registration completed for outbound text communications.
